TIMESCALES
A standard transaction will take approximately 6 weeks from the time we are instructed. However, every transaction is slightly different depending upon a number of factors such as:-
The number of parties in the chain
The other parties’ circumstances
The time taken for your buyer to obtain a mortgage offer, search results and surveys.
Whether there is a management company involved
Other parties’ timescales
